INDYNAZ FOOD PANTRY GUIDELINES

NOTICE: As of January 2013, our service area will be limited
to communities near the church. We will service all of zip codes 46219 and
46229; and only neighborhoods falling south of 38th Street in zip codes
46226 and 46235. All new applicants will be asked to provide proof of
residency.

Exception #1 – Those who attend First Church or
actively participate in other ministries of First Church are always welcome to
receive food no matter where they live.

Exception #2 – Those living outside the service area,
but who received food and registered with the food pantry during the last
quarter of 2012, may continue to receive food.

The First Church food pantry will open weekly beginning April 3rd (closed in March for reorganization). The pantry will be
open from 4:30-6:30pm each Wednesday,
unless otherwise communicated. Doors will not open until 4:30pm. Please use church entrance #10.


Please note food pantry policies:

    • One visit allowed per month per registered family unit 
    • New participants must show proof of residency within the service area 
    • Monthly visit date is determined by last name, per the following schedule.
      Any fifth Wednesday will be used as a make-up date for those not able to visit
           on their scheduled week that particular month.

Please be aware that we are unable to offer financial
assistance for utilities, gasoline, or other needs. Please contact township,
county or state agencies for information on where to locate help.
